Pontoon Boat Rentals

Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Navarre.

About The Owners

“We do it because we love it!”

Charlie and Holly Trinque started Pensacola Pontoons because they love the area and the water, and want to share the experience.

Not many people get to live and work their dream job in paradise, but that’s exactly how Charlie sees his business, Pensacola Pontoons.

After managing watersports concessions in the area for many years, the Trinques took the plunge and became small business owners themselves. It is the perfect fit for their family. You’ll see the kids on the dock helping, too!

Charlie started working on Pensacola Beach at 12 years of age. Legend has it he was paid with hamburgers for 2 years before collecting his first real paycheck. After working his way from “boat dog” to engine mechanic to parasail captain to general manager at an established business he moved out on his own to start Pensacola Pontoons.

Holly moved from the Frozen North in 2010 to follow a dream of year-round sailboat racing. She was raised on Cheney Reservoir outside of Wichita, KS by Hobie Fleet 27 and had never driven a powerboat until moving to Pensacola. Once the Trinques started their family her focus changed to family life and family business.

Both Charlie and Holly Trinque have been lifelong recreational boaters with a particular interest in sailing and racing sailboats. Their children have been raised on the water as well. Family and business life mesh every day in their household.
